Job Description This position is responsible for the integration of the overall quality plan for all assigned Programs. The Quality Plan will include all the required information necessary for the other functional groups to perform their duties and help assure that the customer needs and requirements are met. This responsibility includes the analysis of Quality Program requirements, techniques for data analysis for evaluation and reporting. It also includes acting as the primary customer quality interfaces and will chair the site Material Review Board for any nonconformance where MRB has been granted. All cause and corrective action request from the customers will be the responsibility of the Quality Engineer, to assure that it is answered in a timely and correct manner. Provide leadership to the product team on strategies to leverage and enhance the business position on assigned programs as well as proactively seeking preventive solutions for all assigned Programs.
Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline or 2 years minimum related work experience
Solid problem solving skills
Well organized with attention to detail
Excellent written / verbal communication skills
Self-directed with a passion / ownership for success
Computer literate
Prefer 2-4 years experience in Quality Engineering or related field; will consider recent college grad with degree in related field.
